Human Rights and Bioethics (Human Genome)
In its decision 2004/120 of 21 April 2004, the Commission on Human Rights, taking note of Sub-Commission resolution 2003/4 of 13 August 2003, decided to approve the decision of the Sub-Commission to appoint Ms. Iulia-Antoanella Motoc as Special Rapporteur to undertake a study on human rights and the human genome, based on her working paper (E/CN.4/Sub.2/2003/36).
